The Inn boasts a 25-mile mountainous view from the Jackson Dining Room, 20 spacious function rooms and 83 guestrooms. Sitting above the quaint mountain town of Boone, our guests can enjoy the numerous activities available to them. Under the incredible vision and taste of Executive Chef Bill Morris CCC, the Jackson Dining Room, serves a delectable blend of entrees featuring southern sophistication with a mountain flair.
